摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)致痫对大鼠脑电的影响。方法将实验动物分为6组,分别行侧脑室注射IL-1β或IL-6,及经糖皮质激素(GC)预处理后再行侧脑室注射IL-1β或IL-6,以及单独注射GC、生理盐水,观察各组大鼠行为学的改变;使用8道生理记录仪记录各组大鼠脑电的改变。结果皮质和海马脑电结果显示:IL-1β组I、L-6组记录到棘波、尖波、棘-慢复合波等痫样波,对照组、GC+IL-1β组、GC+IL-6组则无明显痫样波,单纯GC组脑电呈不活跃状态。结论IL-1β或IL-6致痫能使大鼠脑电产生痫样波,GC具有抑制脑电痫样波发放的效应。 Objective To explore the effect of IL-1β or IL-6 on electroencephalogram in cerebral cortex of epileptic rat. Methods The experimental rats were divided into 6 groups. The behaviour chan- ges were observed, electroencephalogram was recorded with 8-track electrophysiolograph. The epileptic model was established by lateral cerebral ventricle injecting IL-1β or IL-6, and after the pretreatment by glucocorticoids (GC) ,NS or injecting only C-C. Results Electroencephalogram of cortex and hippo- campus in IL-1β and IL-6 group showed vertex sharp transient wave , sharp wave and composite wave and so on. There were no epileptic wave in control group,GC +IL-1β group and GC +IL-6 group. The frequency and amplitude of electroencephalogram in GC group were decreased in comparison with the control group. Conclusion The results indicate that the epilepsy induced by IL-1β or IL-6 may in- duce the electroencephalogram to form vertex sharp transient wave , sharp wave and composite wave and so on. Glucocorticoids can inhibit releasing of cerebullar epileptic wave.
