摘要
采用皮层贴敷马桑内酯的方法致痫大鼠。电刺激一侧坐骨神经,引导对侧皮层感觉运动区和海马CA1-CA2区诱发电位,以了解大鼠致痫状态下皮层和海马诱发电位的特征。结果显示,在皮层脑电图和海马电图出现高频痫样放电期间,皮层诱发电位振幅高达(1.81±0.72)mV,海马诱发电位为(1.83±0.29)mV,但二者变化方向相反。结果提示,皮层和海马诱发电位高振幅变化与脑电图、海马电图痫样放电的频率相关。
Coriaria lactone (CL) to cerebral cortex was applied to induce epilepsy in ratsThe evoked potential in cerebral cortex sensory area and CA1CA2 area of hippocampus were recorded on the other site by electrical stimulation of sciatia nerve so as to understand the features of evoked potential of cerebral cortex and hippocampus during epileptiform dischargesThe results showed that the amplitude of the evoked potential of cortex and hippocampus are as high as (181 072) mV and (183029) mV in the opposite direction during epileptiform dischargesThese changes of evoked potential of cortex and hippocampus may be related to the frequency of epileptiform discharges from electrocorticogram and electrohippocampalogram
