摘要
针对高速公路超限问题,研制了一套超限运输车辆门禁监控系统。该系统采用集成与研发相结合的研究方法,分别与车辆称重系统和车牌识别系统相集成,自行研发了一套车辆超限管理系统.采用两个德国SICK公司LMS221室外测距传感器.通过激光扫描实现非接触式测量距离。根据距离绘制二维图像.从而完成对通过此门禁的车辆进行动态称重、装载几何参数监测,实时辨别、存储车辆身份,并判定是否超限。将车辆的轮廓曲线和各种信息实时显示给工作人员,当车辆超限时发出报警信息,为高速公路运输管理部门的工作提供便利条件。
The gate-ban supervisory system of overlimit truck has been researched aim at the question of freeway overlimit. This system used the combined method of integration and research. It integrates the truck load measure weight system and license recognition system separately, and researches a set of truck overlimit supervisory system which uses two LMS221 outside laser distance measure sensors of German SICK Corporation. This realized the non- contact distance measure through the laser scan, then draw two-dimensional picture according to the distance. The system completed the function that dynamic measure truck weight which pass the gate-ban and monitor the loading geometry parameters and distinguish real time and storage truck license, and judge the truck overlimit whether or not, then show the truck outline curve and other information to the manipulator real time. The system will give an alarm when the truck is ovedimit, and offer convenient to freeway transportation manager.
