摘要
针对目前越来越严重的车辆超限现象,设计了一种能够自动检测超限车辆的系统,该系统具有不限制车辆正常行驶速度的动态称重设备,能够在车辆正常行驶的状态下对过往车辆进行检测,初步筛选出超限车辆;同时具有车辆牌照识别设备,通过数字摄像技术对车辆图像进行采集后,采用先进的图像处理技术,能够自动识别超限车辆的车牌号码;并能够对超限车辆的信息进行显示及处理,主要介绍系统的总体结构设计及关键的实现技术。
The automatically detect vehicle over loading system is brought out and designed. The weight of vehicle can be calculated automatically according to the tyre received force during running, the vehicle which over loading can be detected advance, the license plate can be identified automatically by numeric photography and image manipulation technology, and the information of the vehicle which over loading can be displayed and managed. The collectivity structure and the key technology are introduced mainly.
