摘要
车辆超长会影响车辆的通过性与行驶安全性,为准确测量车辆装载长度,研发了基于红外光幕传感器和光电开关、单片机及超声波测距传感器的车辆装载长度测量系统,对系统的软件程序和硬件系统进行了设计和调试,搭建了高速公路入(出)口模拟平台,对所研发的系统进行实验验证,实验结果表明:该测量系统的测量精度较高,由于采用了双基准触发机制,解决了高速路入(出)口车辆排队情况下的车辆装载长度的准确测量,该系统可以应用到高速路入(出)口处,可以配合其他几何尺寸测量系统与称重系统对车辆的超限情况进行全面的检测。
Vehicle loading over-length will influence the passing ability and driving safety. In order to measure the vehicle loading length, a measurement system is researched based on IR light curtain, ultrasonic distance measurement sensor, photoelectric switch sensors and single-chip microcomputer. The software program of the system and hardware system are designed and debugged, the simulation platform of freeway entrance and exit is built up. The system is tested on the simulation platform. The experimental results show that the measurement system has high precision. The system can measure the vehicle loading length accurately in the condition of vehicle queuing because of using double benchmark trigger mechanism. The system can be applied to freeway entrance and exit and can cooperate with other geometry size measurement system and weighing system to realize the vehicle over-limit comprehensive insoection.
