摘要
针对汽车动态称重情况下短历程信号问题 ,提出了利用优化算法解决的方案。根据汽车动态荷载特性和称重系统的动力学特性给出了检测信号的优化目标函数 ;然后 ,利用数值仿真验证优化算法在短历程信号状态下抑制低频周期干扰信号的性能。最后进行了样机设计和实验 。
The solution to the short term signal problem of the vehicle weigh in motion systems is brought out. The objective function of optimization for the signal of vehicle dynamic weighing is presented.Then,the filtering property of the method based on the optimization is illustrated by simulation results.Finally,the sample machine is designed and tested.The results show that the solution is correct and capable.
