摘要
以丰水梨为试材,研究低温条件下(2±1)℃1-MCP、壳聚糖、保鲜膜不同处理组合对丰水梨果实贮藏效果的影响。试验结果表明,采用单一处理方法对丰水梨贮藏效果均不明显,而1-MCP+壳聚糖+保鲜膜的综合处理可有效地延缓果实硬度下降,维持果实TSS含量相对稳定,并减少果实重量损失,贮藏90天时好果率可达100%,贮藏120天时好果率仍能达86.67%,比同期对照组好果率高46.67%。
The fruits of hosui pear were treated with different treatment combination of 1-MCP, fresh-keeping film and chitosan to study the effects on storage at low temperature. The results showed that the effect of single treatment on storage wasn't distinctness, but the treatment by combination of the three kinds treatment can delay the decline of fimness, keep the fruits relatively steady TSS content, and decrease the weight losing. It's sound fruit rate reached 100% at 90 d storage, at 120 d storage, it still reached 86.67% and it was 46.67% higher than control.
