摘要
综述了梨保鲜技术的物理和化学贮藏方法,阐述了天然多糖及中草药提取物涂膜保鲜方法,讨论了今后的主要研究方向。
This paper reviews the fresh-keeping techniques of pear includes the physical and chemical storage methods. Meanwhile, it describes the methods of natural polysaccharides and extractive of Chinese herbal medicine to apply to preservation, and discusses the prospect of study of apple storage.
