摘要
研究了以交联烯丙基葡聚糖凝胶(CADB)为载体和对-β-硫酸脂乙砜基苯胺(SESA)为偶联剂,采用化学键合法固定葡萄糖氧化酶的方法。结果表明,当给酶量为70~110U/g载体时,固定化酶的活力为35~45U/g载体,酶的回收率超过40%。
The immobilization of glucose oxidase on the crosslinked copolymer of allyl dextran and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (CADB) with the aid of p-β-sulfuric acid ester ethyl sulfone aniline (SESA) was investigated. It was found that when the initial enzyme load was 70~110U/g CADB, the activity of immobilized enzyme could reach to 35~45 U/g CADB, with a recovery of above 40%.
