摘要
以纤维素为载体用重氮化法同时固定了糖化酶和α淀粉酶,确定了共固定化的最适条件,研究了共固定化酶的性质,发现共固定化酶较固定化单酶能更好地发挥协同效应,能在较低温度下将淀粉一步水解为葡萄糖。共固定化酶在30℃下的操作半寿期可达920小时。
Glucoamylase and α-amylase were simultaneously immobilized on cellulose by using diazo method. The optimal conditions for coimmobilization were established, and the properties of the coimmobilized enzymes were studied. It was found that coimmobilized enzyme has better synergism compared with separately immobilized enzymes, and starch can be directly converted into glucose under lower temperature by coimrnobilized enzymes. The half life of the coimmobilized enzymes operated at 30℃ is more than 920h.
