摘要
本文着重评述了固定化酶技术体系的核心——酶的固定化方法的原理、特点和应用,提出了一种通过声(力)化学反应固定酶的新方法。
The principles, characteristics and applications of the techniques for The immobilization of enzymes are reviewed with 17 references. A novel approach to immobilizing enzymes by sono-or mechano-chemical reactions is proposed.
