摘要
研究了渗氮对0Cr13Ni4Mo、Q235、16CrNi4Mo和12Cr4Ni4Mo4V四种钢气蚀与磨蚀特性的影响。发现渗氮可使Q235、16CrNi4Mo和12Cr4Ni4Mo4V三种钢的耐气蚀与磨蚀性能显著提高,却使0Cr13Ni4Mo(不锈钢)的耐气蚀性能明显下降,但能使其耐磨蚀性能提高。分析认为,这与气蚀、磨蚀机理及渗氮层的力学、物理化学特性有关。
The Cavitation erosion and combined action of abrasion and cavitation erosion(CAACE) behaviours of the nitrided 0Cr13Ni4Mo、Q235、16CrNi4Mo、12Cr4Ni4Mo4V steels were studied using rotating disc equipment under the simulated working conditions of the hydraulic turbine.The experimental rasults showed the mass loss rate of the cavitation erosion and CAACE of nitrided Q235、16CrNi4Mo and 12Cr4Ni4Mo4V steels was decreased very much,but the mass loss rate of the cavitation erosion of nitrided 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel was increased,and the mass loss rate of CAACE was decreased.
