摘要
12Cr4Ni4Mo4V钢经碳氮共渗、渗硼复台表面改性处理.使高硬硼化物层以下形成具备高塑韧性的复合渗层组织。对渗层中合金元素的分布进行检测分析,发现硼原子对Cr、Mo、V元素有明显的排斥作用.而对Ni影响较小,并且发现渗硼层中Si含量增加。
The high toughness microstrimeture case has been obtained below boronizing case by added boronizingafter carbonitriding for the 12Cr4Ni4Mo4V steel. It has been analyzed, the alloy element distribution in the case,wediscover the boron atom is obviously exclasive effect to Cr、Mo and V, but have on much effect to Ni,and the siliconcontent inthe boronning case was increased.
