摘要
研究了35MnVN、40MnVTi非调质钢和45、40Cr调质钢经650℃温锻后的显微组织及耐磨性,分析了磨痕形貌。结果表明,在90kg负荷下的滑动摩擦磨损特性试验中,35MnVN钢的耐磨性与40Cr钢相当,40MnVTi钢稍差,45钢最次。
The microstructure and wear resistance of microalloyed engineering 35MnVN ,40MnVTi steel were investigated in comparison with steels 45,40Cr after warm forging at 650℃, and the worn-out appearance were analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance of 35MnVN and 40Cr steels after warm forging are higher than that of the 40MnVTi steel, the 45 steel has the lowest wear resistance.
