摘要
随油田开发中后期的到来和油井综合含水的升高,有杆泵井的管杆偏磨腐蚀问题日益突出。为解决管杆偏磨腐蚀问题,需要一台能模拟管杆在油井中腐蚀磨损的试验机,进行各种针对性实验,找出偏磨原因,以便采取相应的措施。本文就目前存在的腐蚀磨损实验机进行了综述,指出了目前存在的问题,研制了管杆磨蚀试验机,目前使用效果良好。
With the arrival of the medium and late stage of oilfield development and the increasing of the water percentage in the oil wall, the phenomenon of the side wear and corrosion between the rod and the tube becomes more and more worse during the sucker rod pump's working process. In order to solve the problem of the corrosive wear between the rod and the tube, a test machine was designed which can completely simulate the conditions of the corrosive wear in the oil well. The existing corrosive wear test machines were described completely and the reasons of the side wear were analyzed in summery. At last, the test machine and the experiment method were explained.
