浆体输送用磨蚀钢的研究进展 被引量:12

Development of Corrosive-Abrasion Resistant Steel Used for Slurry Transportation

摘要 在围海造陆、航道疏浚、矿浆输送及电厂等领域,大量固体颗粒通过管道输送。在输送过程中管体不仅发生磨损,还承受不同程度的腐蚀,从而使得管体产生严重的磨蚀失效。系统论述了近年来钢铁材料在不同工况条件下,特别是管道输送中磨蚀行为的研究进展,包括磨蚀的失效方式、失效机制、主要的影响因素及相关钢种的研究情况。分析表明:相对浆体输送领域,水力及矿山机械是磨蚀研究的热点。 Large-scale solid particles were transported by pipeline in form of slurry in power station, mineral moun- tain and dredging works, the pipe wastage occurs due to corrosive-abrasion. The research development concerning corrosive-abrasion behavior under different fields, especially about pipeline transportation in recent years was gen- erally illustrated, including the failure mode and mechanism, key effective factors and the research of correlated steels. It is shown that hydraulic and mine machine is the research hot compared to slurry transportation.
