石仙桃提取物对小鼠运动疲劳和缺氧的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察石仙桃提取物对小鼠运动疲劳和缺氧的影响。方法:应用5种运动疲劳和缺氧实验,如:常压耐缺氧实验、特异性心肌缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠引起的缺氧实验、对抗脑缺血缺氧和耐力实验等。结果:①常压耐缺氧实验中,腹腔注射石仙桃提取物呈剂量依赖性,明显延长小鼠生存时间。②特异性心肌缺氧实验中,腹腔注射石仙桃明显延长小鼠生存时间。③在亚硝酸钠引起的缺氧实验中,预防性给石仙桃提取液可延长小鼠存活时间。④对抗断头术后脑缺血缺氧实验中,石仙桃提取液能显著性延长小鼠喘息时间。⑤在耐力实验中,石仙桃提取液呈剂量依赖性延长小鼠存活时间。结论:石仙桃具有抗疲劳作用、耐缺氧作用,其潜在的作用机制可能与提高肺泡液清除有关。 Objective:To study the fatigue - resisting and anoxia - resisting effect of the abstract of Pholidota chinensis lindl on mice. Methods : there are 5 kinds of anoxia models, such as : the test of the tolerance to anoxia under normal pressures, the test of the specificity myocardium under hypoxia, the test of the antagonism of sodium nitrite, and the celebral hypoxia - ischemia test ,and the test on exercise tolerance in mice. Results: (1) In the study of extract on the ability of hypoxia endurance at normal pressure, result showed the mice survival time at normal pressure prolonged by extracts;(2) In the study of the effects of extract on specific anoxic myocardium, results showed the mice survival time prolonged by extracts ;(3) In the study protective effects of extract on survival time after peritoneal injection NaNO2 in mice. Iintraperitoneally treated with extracts; (4) In the study of the effects of extract on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia after decapitation, the gasping duration was prolonged by extracts in mice;(5)In the test on exercise tolerance in mice. The result showed the survival time of the swimming was prolonged by extracts in a dose -dependent manner. Conclusion: pholidota chinensis lindl, has effects of anti - fatigue, anti - hypoxia through potential mechanism of the increase of alveolar fluid clearance.
