摘要
目的:研究七月七胶囊的抗疲劳作用。方法:实验选用昆明种小鼠192只,体质量18～22g,雌雄各半。按体质量随机分为对照组(给予蒸馏水)和七月七胶囊大、中、小剂量组犤给予七月七胶囊83,166,249mg/(kg·d)犦。采用小鼠负重游泳实验以及测定血清尿素氮含量、血乳酸水平和肝糖原含量为指标,以判断七月七胶囊的抗疲劳效应。结果:七月七胶囊大、中、小剂量组小鼠的游泳时间犤(1176.7±773.1),(1197.3±755.4),(1100.3±542.8)s犦明显比对照组犤(540.7±390.5)s犦长(t=2.54,2.90,P<0.05,0.01);运动后血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平明显低于对照组(t=2.2～3.3,P<0.05～0.01);小鼠肝糖原含量明显高于对照组(t=3.6,P<0.01)。结论:七月七胶囊具有缓解疲劳功能。
AIM:To explore the resisting fatigue effects of qi yue qi capsule in mice. METHODS:A total of 192 female and male(half half) Kunming mice,weighing 18 to 22 g,were chosen.They were randomly divided into control group(distilled water) and qi yue qi capsule large,middle and small groups(83,166,249 mg/kg per day according to bodymass.The contents of urea of serum,lactic acid of blood,liver glycogen were measured by using the test of mice load swimming so as to tell the resisting fatigue effects of qi yue qi capsule. RESULTS:The sustaining time of large,middle and small dosage groups in mice feeding with qi yue qi capsule[(1 176.7±773.1),(1 197.3±755.4),(1 100.3±542.8)s respectively] in load swimming test was significantly longer than that of control group[(540.7±390.5)s](t=2.54,2.90,P< 0.05, 0.01).The contents of serum urea and lactic acid in blood were significantly lower than those of control group(t=2.2 to 3.3,P< 0.05 to 0.01).The contents of liver glycogen were significantly higher than those of control group(t=3.6,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Qi yue qi capsule has the effects against fatigue.
