摘要
研究了佛手水提取物抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用.设定空白对照及佛手水提取液高低剂量组,剂量负重小鼠游泳力竭时间,检测小鼠血乳酸、尿素氮浓度和肝糖原含量.结果表明,不同剂量的佛手水提取液能明显小鼠负重游泳力竭时间,降低小鼠运动后血乳酸、尿素氮浓度,并能提高小鼠肝脏中糖原的含量,其中高剂量组所致差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).佛手水提取液可显著增强小鼠抗运动型疲劳的能力.
To estimate the anti-fatigue effect of bergamot extract solution .Determined the time of loaded-swimming and the content of serum lactic acid after given different doses of bergamot extract solution to mice . bergamot extract solution to mice can increase the time of loaded-swimming , and decreased the content of ser-um lactic acid .Compared with the normal control group , there was significant difference in he high dose group （ P〈0.05 ） .The bergamot extract solution can obciously increase the anti-fatigue effect on mice .
