摘要
目的:对中药南方菟丝子(Cuscutaaustralis)的种子中化学成分进行分离、鉴定研究。方法:采用溶剂分离法结合柱色谱法进行成分分离。所得成分再分别采用5种色谱:UV、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR和MS测定其结构。结果:从南方菟丝子的种子中分离得到6种成分,经光谱鉴定分别为紫云英苷(astragalin,Ⅰ)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,Ⅱ)、虫漆醋酸(lacceroicacid,Ⅲ)、β谷甾醇3OβD吡喃木糖苷(βsitosterol3OβDxylopyranoside,Ⅳ)、山萘酚(kaempferol,Ⅴ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅳ为新化合物;除化合物Ⅱ以外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中发现。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the chemical constituents from the seeds of Cuscuta australis,from which about 90% commercial dodder was derived.METHODS:To isolate the flavonoides and sitosterol derivants,the solvent extraction together with the column,chromatography and TLC methods were used.Several spectral methods such as IR,UV, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS were used to determine the structure of the isolated constituents.RESULTS:In six constituents obtained,three were flavonoids,astragalin(Ⅰ),kaempferol(Ⅴ) and quercetin(Ⅵ),two were β sitosterol(Ⅱ) and β sitosterol 3 O β D xylopyranoside(Ⅳ),one novel compound,and the other one was lacceroic acid(Ⅲ).CONCLUSION:In this plant these compounds except β sitosterol have not been discovered previously.
