摘要
从南方菟丝子中分得１个新的二萜甙成分，命名为南菟丝子甙Ａ，根据理化性质和光谱数据，阐明了它的化学结构。另外尚分得胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷咖啡酸，对羟基桂皮酸，咖啡酸βＤ葡萄糖酯甙，均为首次从菟丝子属植物中获得。
Australiside A(1),a new diterpenoid glucoside,was isolated together with thymidine(2),caffeic acid(3),p coumaric acid(4)and caffeic β D glucoside(5) from Cuscuta australis.Based on spectral analysis and physico chemical properties the structures of the above cited five compounds were identified.The structure of compound 1 was deduced as 4 oic acid 7 oxo kaurene 6α O β D glucoside.Compounds 2,3,4 and 5 were obtained from Cuscuta for the first time.
