八种助阳药对小鼠甲减模型M胆碱能受体的调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 用中药去甲乌药碱、仙茅、补骨脂、杜仲、葫芦巴、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、锁阳分别治疗方小鼠甲状腺机能减退症。用放射配体结合分析法观察此八种药对甲减模型小鼠脑组织M受体最大结合容量(RT)的影响。结果:“甲减”模型脑组织M受体最大结合容量较正常组显著增加(P<0.001),肉苁蓉、杜仲、去甲乌药碱,葫芦巴能使之恢复至正常水平,而锁阳与菟丝子仅使之有恢复趋势。补骨脂、仙茅却影响不大(P<0.05).表明:助阳药去甲乌药碱、杜仲、葫芦巴、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、锁阳能使“甲碱”时及组织M受体数目减少,补骨脂、仙茅对“甲减”时M受体数目影响不大。 ypothyroidism in mice Was respectively treated with demethyl Linderae,curculigo rhizome,Fructus Psoraleae,Cortex Eucommiae,Semen Trigonellae,Herba Cistanchis,Semen Cuscutaeand Herba Cynomorii。The effects eight kinds of drug on the maximal conjugated volume of M-er-ceptor of the mice brain tissues in hypothroidism model were observed with the radioactivematched conjugate analysis method。 The results were as follows : The maximal conjugated vol-ume of M-receptor of the brain tissues in mice of the hypothyroidism model was increased morethan that of the normal brain tissues。Herba Cistanchis, Fructus Psoraleae, demethyl linderaeand Cortex Eucommiae could make the maximal conjugated volume return to the normal level,whereas Herba Cynomorii and Semen Cuscutae could only make it have the tendency of restor a-tion。 Fructus Psoraleae and Curculigo rhizome had no great influence(P<0.05 ).It suggestedthat Strengthening Yang drugs demethyl linderae, Cortex Eucommiae, Semen Trigonellae,Her-ba cistanchis, Semen cuscutae and Herba Cynomorii could decrease the number of M-receptor ofthe brain tissus in hypothyroidism,but Frunctus Psoraleae and curculigo rhizome had no influ- ence on it。
