摘要
随着生物技术的发展和教学改革的进行,以研究生为对象的细胞生物学实验课存在的问题日益凸显。主要表现为:课程目标不够准确、重点不够突出,课程内容设置不够合理,创新意识不强等问题。提出了调整课程结构,更新教学内容,充分利用重点学科取得的成果丰富教学手段,启发和培养学生的创新意识等相应的对策;希望能促进研究生细胞生物学实验教学改革,进一步提高教学效果。
With the development of biotechnology and the deepening of teaching reform, problems have been arising from the experimental course of cell biology for postgraduates, such as inaccurate curriculum objective, unreasonable arrangement of curriculum contents, and the lack of due prominence given to emphases and innovative consciousness. In response, this paper presented measures as follows： adjusting curricular structure, updating the teaching content, diversifying teaching means by making full use of achievements of key disciplines, as well as enlightening and cultivating students＇ innovative consciousness. It is expected to promote the reform of experimental teaching in cell biology for postgraduates and further improve the teaching effect.
