Application of Glutamine in Liver Transplantation

摘要 谷氨酰胺(Gln)在肝移植中的作用包括:对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护,改善肝移植患者的免疫功能,促进移植肝脏的细胞增生,抑制肝细胞凋亡,预防全肠外营养(TPN)肝脂肪变性,促进蛋白质合成和正氮平衡。应用谷氨酰胺的营养支持,可在多层面上促进移植肝脏的功能恢复及受者营养状态的改变。
