摘要
目的 评价肝移植术后保肝和营养治疗的效果。方法 根据肝移植术后不同的营养代谢期选用肠外营养及肠内营养进行治疗 ,同时予以保肝治疗。结果 2例肝移植患者均顺利渡过手术关 ,且恢复良好。结论 肝移植术后注意保肝和营养治疗非常必要。
Objective To evaluate effectiveness of liver protection and natritional therapeutics after transplantation of liver.Method TPN and TEN for trentment in the patients after transplantation of liver were chosen according to the various nutrient metabolism phases and the patient protective liver treatment was given simultaniously.Result Two patients with liver-transplantation past the operation phase smoothly.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to liver protection and nutritional treatment for the patients with liver transplantation.
