摘要
对采用继电器控制系统进行控制的某实验室船舶燃油辅助锅炉,采用计数法进行可靠性评估,得出控制电路的平均无故障时间.将其控制系统改造成单片机控制系统,采用Protel软件结合计数法预计单片机系统的可靠性.计算和分析可见,改造后的可靠性指标有了较好优化,系统的可靠性得到提高.
The reliability lab ship fuel oil donkey boiler using counting method, and mean time to failure (MTFF) controlled by relay control system is evaluated of the control circuit is educed. Its control systern is changed from relay control to single chip micyoco (SCM). The reliability of new control system is analyzed beforehand based on the Protel software and counting method. Calculation and analysis show that the reliability data is optimized and the reliability of control system is improved after alteration.
