摘要
评价电子产品的好坏主要从两个方面:一是电路技术指标的先进,二是指产品工作过程中的可靠程度。由此可见可靠性的计算是电子产品设计过程中必不可少的的一个环节。本文从元器件的失效率着手,介绍了电路系统可靠性的计算方法。
One can judge an electronic product which is good or not from two aspects. One is the advanced technical indicator. The other is the degree of reliability of a product in operation. Thus it can be seen that the calculation of reliability is a necessary step in the designing process of an electronic product. This paper introduces the calculation method of reliability of electro circuit system in terms of the failure of components.
