摘要
每一个电子产品从研究、设计到形成成品,最基础、最关键的部分是印刷电路板的设计。本文阐述了与印刷电路板有关的一系列问题,包括可靠性估计、可靠性设计、布线设计、噪声防护及印制电路板的绘制,同时,介绍了比较实用的印刷电路板的绘制软件,目的是为从事印刷电路板设计的技术人员提供一份技术性的参考资料。
Every electrical product must go through three phases: research, design and manufacture, the most important phase is design of printed circuit board. This paper analyses some common problems about printed circuit board, such as estimate and design of reliability, arrangement of wire, noise suppression and something about drawing a printed circuit board. Meanwhile, The author introduces a kind of efficient and convenient software about drawing a printed circuit board to technicians that be engaged in printed cir-cuit board design.
