摘要
电子电路是电子系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性对整个电子系统的可靠性具有很大影响,容差分析是可靠性设计的基础。是提高各类电子系统的设计质量、保证其工作稳定性和可靠性的重要手段。介绍了当前主流的电子电路可靠性容差分析方法的基本原理、应用状况以及标准化现状,并预测了该领域的发展方向。
Electronic circuit is the key part of the electronic system. Its reliability influences on the system directly. Tolerance Analysis is the basis of reliability design. It is also one of the most important measures to improve the quality, stability and reliability. In this paper, the writer introduced the main methods of reliability tolerance analysis, including their keystone, application status and standardization state. In the end, the writer summarize the development trend.
