摘要 目的:了解乙肝在文成县食品、公共场所从业人员中的感染情况及血清中HBV感染模式,为有关单位进一步管理乙肝感染人员提供依据。方法:应用ELISA法对12 800例从业人员进行血清HBV检测。结果:12 800例食品、公共场所从业人员的HBsAg总携带率为3.1%,低于全国及本县平均普通感染水平,抗-HBs总阳性率高达46.2%,不同年度HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势。HBsAg阳性血清中HBV感染模式共7种。结论:对食品、公共场所从业人员进行定期体检,检测HBV五项指标,早期发现乙肝感染人员。 Objective:To investigate the HBV infection and its serum patterns in employees for food and public work in Wencbeng County to provide basis for management of HBV - infected individuals. Methods: The HBV in serum was detected with ELISA in 12 800 employees for food and public work in Wencheng County upon physical examination. Results:The total carrying rate of HBV in the employees was 3. 1% ,which was lower than the national average. The total positive rate of anti - HBs was as high as 46. 2% and gradually decreased with time prolongation. There were 7 patterns of HBV infection in the serum. Conclusion. Regular physical examination should be conducted for people working for food processing and public work to find HBV infection early.
