摘要
目的 全面了解福田区食品及公共场所从业人员健康体检情况 ,掌握从业人员体检结果和 5种传染病 (HBsAg阳性、沙门菌或痢疾杆菌感染、活动性肺结核、皮肤病 )的发病情况 ,从而为更好地预防控制 5种传染病的发生提供依据。方法 收集 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年该区预防医学门诊进行健康体检的食品及公共场所从业人员资料并进行统计 ,对复查原因进行分析。结果 3a体检总人数为 1872 85人 ,其中 2 0 0 2、2 0 0 3年多于 2 0 0 1年 ,需要复查的人数为 865 8人 ,检出率为 4.62 % ;复查原因主要为HBsAg阳性 ,占复查人数的 95 .2 5 % ;其次为其他 4种传染病 ,占 4.75 %。结论 对该行业从业人员应坚持健康体检 ,对HBsAg阳性者应调离相关岗位 ,对其他疾病也不容忽视。
To study the physical condition of staff in restaurant and public places in Futian District and provide basis for preventing 5 major infectious diseases. Physical examination records of staff in restaurants and public places between 2001 and 2003 were collected and analyzed. Among the 187 285 cases, 8 658 people (4.62%) needed reexamination, the reasons for which were positive HBsAg (95.25%) mainly and other 4 infectious diseases (4.75%). [Conclusion] Positive HBsAg is the major reason for reexamination while other infectious diseases shouldn't be overlooked neither.
