摘要
目的全面了解石家庄市2010-2011年从业人员健康和传染病的感染情况,为更好地控制传染病的发生提供依据。方法对2010-2011年石家庄市从业人员的检查结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果 2010-2011年健康体检从业人员238 773人,共检出病毒性肝炎、伤寒、细菌性痢疾、活动性肺结核、皮肤病毒感染等职业禁忌症401例,不合格率为0.17%,以伤寒感染率和构成比最高。不合格率在行业(χ2=1.564,P>0.05)、年度(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)间分布差异无统计学意义,在性别(χ2=13.660,P<0.05)和年龄组(χ2=18.817,P<0.01)间分布差异有统计学意义。结论定期对从业人员进行健康体检是非常必要的,健康体检是控制和降低传染病流行的一个重要环节。
Objective To fully investigate the health examination result and infection of relative infectious diseases among employees in Shijiazhuang,provide scientific evidence for prevent and control such diseases. Methods The inspection results of employees in Shijiazhuang from 2010 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 238,773 employees were examined,totally 401 cases were detected with occupational contraindication,who were infected viral hepatitis,typhoid,dysentery,tuberculosis and skin infection etc,the unqualified rate was 0. 17%,Typhoid had the highest detection rate and constituent ratio. There were no significant difference in different occupations（ χ2= 1. 564,P ＆gt; 0. 05） and years（ χ2= 0. 000,P ＆gt; 0. 05）,the differences were significant in different genders（ χ2= 13. 660,P ＆lt; 0. 05） and age groups（ χ2= 18. 817,P ＆lt;0. 01）. Conclusions It is necessary to conduct health examinations for employees at regular intervals; it can effectively control and reduce the prevalence of infectious diseases.
