摘要 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中5种添加剂的检测技术。方法:利用反相高效色谱法同时检测饮料、酱菜以及发酵性豆制品中5种添加剂含量。结果:本方法测定食品中5种添加剂,溶液浓度范围在0.5~50 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数均达0.999;乙酰磺胺酸钾、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、山梨酸、糖精钠最小检出浓度分别为0.062,0.074,0.066,0.037,0.105 mg/L;标准偏差均小于5.0%;饮料、酱菜和发酵性豆制品中添加剂的回收率为96.8%~101.6%。结论:方法快速简便,用于实际样品检测,结果令人满意。 Objective: To set up a method for simulaneous determination of five additives in food. Methods: The high - effect chromatography making use of opposition checks drink pickle at the same time and the bean product fermenting was used for determining by 5 kinds of additives contents. Results:Solution concentration range depended on 0. 5 ~ 50 mg/L lineaity, relation fine, the relevance modulus amounted to 0. 999 without exception. The soursulfan acet ophenetidin ilamide potassium,benzoic acid,dehydro acetic acid,sorbic" acid,saccharin sodium minium inspects up out fickness being 0. 062, 0. 074, 0. 066, 0. 370, 0. 105 mg/L The standard deviation was smaller than 5.0%. The additive hit back rate was 96. 8% in drink pickle and the nature bean product fermenting 101.6%. Concluslon:This method is simple and rapid to achieve satisfactory results.
