摘要 建立了保健食品和饮料中的甜味剂阿斯巴甜的高效液相色谱快速测定方法。固体样品用纯水超声提取;饮料样品超声脱气。取适量提取液或饮料样品,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,取20μL进样色谱柱分析。色谱条件:分离柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,10μm),柱温35℃,流动相为V(10mmol/L KH2PO4,pH3.50):V(乙腈)=80:20,流速1mL/min,检测波长210nm。本法线性范围为0~16μg,最低检出量为0.0024μg,回收率为92.3%~102%。相对标准差小于1.6%。本法准确度和精密度均能满足保健食品和饮料中阿斯巴甜测定的要求。 A method for the determination of aspartame by high performance liqiud chromatography in health foods and soft drinks was reported in this paper. The solid sample is dissolved in water and then ultrasonically extracted. The drink samples were ultrasonically degased. After filtrated with 0.45 μm filtration membrane, 20 μL of the filtrate was injected into high performance liquid chromatograph and separated with a C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 10μm). The chromatographic separation conditions were: column temperature was 35 ℃, the mobile phase was 10 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 3.50) and acetonitrile in the ratio of 80 to 20, with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 16μg with a detection limit of 0.0024 μg. The recoveries of the method were between 92.3% and 102%. The relative standard deviation of the method were less than 1.6%. The method is simple, time-saving, accurate and precise and it is applicable to the determination of aspartame in health foods and drinks.
