摘要
“新公共服务”理论是当代关于公共行政的一套全新理念,其核心思想是:政府的角色是服务而非掌舵。在我国建设服务型政府的背景下“,人本、责任、服务”成为当前公共教育管理改革的理念诉求。“新公共服务”理论对于我国的公共教育管理改革有现实的启示作用。
“New public service” theory is a set of new ideas concerning the public administration with the core idea that government plays the role of serving instead of steering. Against the background of establishing a service-oriented government, ＂person-centeredness, responsibility and service＂have become the concepts in the current reform of public educational management. ＂New public service＂theory has some practical implications for the reform of public educational management in our country.
