摘要
基于新公共服务理论视角,运用文献资料、逻辑推理和理论分析等研究方法对服务型政府构建背景下的政府公共体育服务改革进行深入分析。首先对新公共服务理论的产生背景及其相关理论渊源进行了解析;其次对服务型政府构建背景下政府公共体育服务改革的价值维度进行了探讨;最后得出相关结论并简单明晰了公共体育服务改革的若干重点方向。
Based on the new public service theory and with the methods of literature, logical reasoning and theoretical analysis, an in -depth analysis was made on service -oriented government to reform public sports service. The author firstly explained the background and origin of new public service theory, and then discussed the value dimension of public sports service reform for service -oriented government. Finally, the conclusions and some key points in the reibrm were summarized.
