摘要
新管理主义作为一种新兴的管理思想,已开始渗透到公共教育领域。全球性公共教育管理日益体现出新管理主义所推崇的管理理念、思维方式和技术手段。依照管理主义的一般原理,公共教育需要按照市场机制、采取绩效管理和分权机制等方式进行改革。然而,实践表明,新管理主义思想的教育实践存在明显的片面性和局限性,易导致教育的功利化、狭隘化以及教育权力的局部重新膨胀与集权等现象的发生。
As a new thought of public sector reform, New Managerism has infiltrated into the public education management domain. The management idea, mode of thinking and technology of New Managerism shows increasingly in public education management worldwide. According to the general principle of New Managerism, the reform of public education needs to follow the market mechanism, adopt the measures of Performance management. However, the practice shows that the New Managerism in education management reform has some limitations and one-sidedness, which can easily lead to utilitarian, parochialism and authority concentration inclination in education.
