摘要
本文用火箭免疫电泳法观察了不同剂量^(60)Coγ线全身照射对大鼠血浆甲_2巨球蛋白(α_2M)含量的影响。结果表明,在7.0Gy组,α_2M含量在照后3周内与对照组相比变化不大;在8.5Gy组,α_2M含量显著上升,照后3和7天,α_2M含量分别为对照组的10和39倍;在15.0Gy组,α_2M含量随照后时间急剧上升,照后8天,α_2M含量为对照组的43倍。
In this paper, the effect of wholebody γ-irradiation withsigle doses of 7.0-15.0Gy on the plasma α_2-macroglobulin (M) level wasobserved in rats.The results show that for 7.0Gy group,there was nosignificant change in α_2M level within 3 weeks after irradiation bycomparison with control;that for 8.5Gy group,the α_2M levels increasedmarkedly at 3rd and 7th day after irradiation and were 10 and 39 timeshigher than control level,respertively;and that for 15.0OGy group,therewas more significant change in a_2 M level increased significantly (p<0. 01)and it was 43 times higher than control level at 3rd day after irradiation.
