社会资本结构维度对企业间知识转移影响的实证研究 被引量：17

摘要 通过对74家进行企业间知识转移的企业的问卷调研,考察了企业间社会资本结构维度水平与企业间知识转移的关系。企业间知识转移效果与企业间社会资本结构维度水平呈正相关。社会资本结构维度对企业间知识转移的作用途径是通过影响知识转移机会、知识转移动机和知识转移能力来实现的。知识转移能力在社会资本结构维度与知识转移效果之间起着显著的中介效应。知识转移机会在社会资本结构维度对企业间知识转移的影响中调节效应明显。
