企业外部社会资本对企业间知识转移的影响分析 被引量:15

摘要 组织间知识转移依赖于知识的转移者和接收者之间进行知识转移的机会、动机和能力。企业间拥有的社会资本水平与企业间知识转移的水平正相关,企业间社会资本通过结构维、关系维和认知维作用于知识转移的机会、动机和能力,最终促进企业间知识转移的发生。社会资本的结构维直接作用于知识转移的机会维度,社会资本的结构纬度通过关系维度和认知维度的媒介作用,进一步提升知识转移的动机和能力。社会资本的关系维度直接作用于企业间知识转移的动机。社会资本的关系维度也能够增强企业间知识转移的机会。企业间社会资本的认知维水平越高,企业进行知识转移的能力越强。
