摘要
目的:考察意象对话心理咨询与治疗技术对于女性劳教戒毒人员的心理干预效果。方法:对25名女性劳教戒毒者进行意象对话心理治疗,并用SCL-90症状自评量表以及自制吸毒者主观态度调查问卷对其进行前、后测试,结果:被试者在接受意象对话治疗前和治疗后的SCL-90症状自评量表测试总分和总症状指数明显下降,各因子分数均有所下降,在抑郁、敌对等8个因子的痛苦水平上存在显著差异(p<.05);在自制吸毒者主观态度问卷的前后调查中也具有明显的变化。结论:意象对话咨询与治疗技术能够有效提高女性复吸者的心理健康水平,增强戒毒自信心,有助于防复吸。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of Image dialogue psychological counseling techniques in relapse prevention on drug addicts＇ mental health. Methods：One group made of 25 people was established and accepted intervention of Image Communication psychological counseling methods. The mental healthy level and state was interviewed before and after the study with SCL-90 and a simple self-made addicts＇ subjective attitudes questionnaire. Results ： The average score and sum score has declined obviously, and the score of depression, hostility and other six dimensionalities at the beginning of intervention was higher than that at the end of intervention （ P 〈. 05）. The great differences were also presented in the analysis of self-made addicts＇ subjective attitudes questionnaire. The results showed that the addicts＇ confidence in abandoning drugs and hope for the new life has improvedobviously. Conclusion ： This Image Communication psychological counseling methods intervention can help improve the addicts＇ mental healthy level and their sleep state , meanwhile enhancing their belief in abandoning drugs. Theoretically, it is important to prevent relapse.
