摘要
目的探讨对戒毒人员实施综合康复治疗的效果.方法 100例戒毒人员随机分为康复组和对照组各50例.康复治疗组接受“十步”康复治疗,包括认知疗法、行为疗法、家庭指导和帮助、健康心理树立法等方法.应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定两组人员的戒毒效果.结果综合康复治疗后,除敌对项目外,康复组的其他项目评分优于对照组（P＜0.05～0.01）.结论综合康复治疗对戒毒人员的心理状况有明显改善作用.
Objective To explore the effect of synthesized rehabilitation on detoxification addicts. Methods 100 detoxification addicts were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group with 50 eases in each group. Cases of the rehabilitation group were treated with ＂ten-step＂ rehabilitation treatment, but that of the control group did not. The rehabilitating treatment ineluded cognitive psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, family treatment, social skill training and etc. The effects of two groups were e- valuate with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） scale. Results Except hostility, other factorial scores of the rehabilitation group including positive items, somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensltivlty, depression, phobia, paranoid and psychotic factors were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05-0.01）. Conclusion The synthesized rehabilitation can obviously improve the psychology of detoxification addicts.
