摘要
目的探讨意象对话心理咨询技术巾抑郁意象与SDS、HAMD的相关性。方法将参与心理咨询的139名被试中出现抑郁意象的设为观察组,未出现抑郁意象的作为对照组,观察组中依据抑郁意象出现的次数分为4个抑郁意象因子组。观察组和对照组均采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行自评,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)实施他评,根据SDS、HAMD得分进行差异性检验和相关分析。结果 (1)对照组在SDS、HAMD上的得分明显低于观察组(t=-4.809,-4.982,P=0.000);(2)观察组内4个抑郁意象因子组在SDS、HAMD的得分上存在统计学差异(F=27.126,19.774,P=0.000);(3)观察组在SDS、HAMD的得分与抑郁意象因子数呈现显著正相关(r=0.575,0.537,P=0.000,0.000);基于SDS、HAMD标分的抑郁严重程度等级与抑郁意象因子数目呈正相关(r=0.569,0.538,P=0.000,0.000)。结论意象对话心理咨询技术中抑郁意象与负性情绪有明显的相关关系,抑郁意象出现的频率与抑郁情绪呈正相关。
Objective To study the correlation between negative image in the image dialogue psychological counseling techniques and SDS、HAMD.Methods 139 recruits in psychological counseling were divided into control group(with out depression image) and observation group.The former was divided into four subgroups according to the presence of depression image.Both groups were self-reported by SDS and observers-assessed by HAMD.The significant difference was and tested correlation was analyzed according to the scores of SDS and HAMD.Results(1)The SDS and HAMD scores in control group were significantly lower than those in observation group(t=-4.809,-4.982,P=0.000,0.000).(2)In observation group,there was significant difference in SDS and HAM D scores between the four depression image subgroups(F=27.126,19.774,P=0.000,0.000).(3)In observation group,there was significant positive correlation between the SDS and HAMD scores and the presence of depression image(r=0.575,0.537,P= 0.000).Significant positive correlation also existed between the severe degree grouping of depression according to the SDS and HAMD scores and the presence of depression image(r=0.569,0.538,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusions There is significant correlation between depression image in the imagery dialogue psychological counseling techniques and negative emotion.The occurrence of depression imagery was positively correlated with depression emotion.
