摘要
目的:建立尿囊素乳膏的含量测定方法。方法:采用Lichrospher C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(2:98)为流动相,检测波长210nm。结果:尿囊素在10~100μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0)。平均回收率为100.3%;RSD为0.81%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,能有效地控制尿囊素乳膏的制剂质量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of allantion in allantion cream. Method: The Lichrospher C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol· L^-1 potassium di- hydrogen phosphate( 2:98 ). The detecting wavelength was at 210 nm. Result: The linear range of allantion was 10 - 100 μg. ml^-1 (r = 1. 000 0) ; the average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 0. 81%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for quality control of allantion cream.
