摘要
目的 建立复方尿囊素乳膏中尿囊素的含量测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法 ,选择 pH 9 0的硼酸 氯化钾缓冲液为尿囊素的样品测定溶剂 ,以 pH 2 0的盐酸液为参照液溶剂 ,测定波长 2 2 5nm。结果 浓度在 8～ 2 0mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 9996 ,n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99 98% ,RSD =0 93 %。结论 此方法简便快速 ,准确可靠 。
Objective\ To set up a method for the determination of the content of allantoin in compound allantoin cream. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was developed. In allantoin sample, boric acid-potassium chloride buffer solution(pH 9 0) was selected as determinable solvent, hydrochloride acid(pH 2 0) as reference solvent. The detective wavelength is 225 nm. Results It has good linearity in the concentration range of 8～20 mg·L -1 ( r = 0 999 6 , n =5). The average recovery and relative standard deviation is respectively 99 98% and 0 93%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, valuable in application.
