摘要
目的 建立尿囊素乳膏的含量测定方法。方法以XTerraRP18（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）为色谱柱,甲醇-水（0.02∶0.78）为流动相,流速为0.8ml·min^-1,检测波长为217nm,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果 尿囊素浓度在12.78-68.16μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999,n=5）;平均回收率为99.9%;RSD为0.61%（n=9）。结论 本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination the content of allantoin in allantoin cream. Methods The XterraRP18 column（250nm×4.6nm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（0.02：0.78,v/v） at a flow rate of 0.8 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 217nm.Results The content of the principal agent was determined by RP-HPLC.The linear range of Allantoin was 12.78～68.16 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999,n=5）.The average recovery rate was 99.9% and RSD was 0.61%（n =9）.Conclusions The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for quality control of allantoin cream.
