摘要
目的:改进尿囊素乳膏中尿囊素含量的测定方法,为产品质量控制提供依据。方法:采用离子对高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为ODS-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.005 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(100:1)(内含0.038%的庚烷磺酸钠);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长为210 nm。结果:尿囊素在10.08~40.32μg·ml^(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.12%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确易行,便于质量控制。
Objective: To improve a method for the determination of allantoin in allantoin creams for the quality control. Method: The determination was performed on an ODS-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of 0.005 mol · L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol ( 100:1 ) ( containing 0.038% sodium 1-heptanesulfonate). The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1 , the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result: The linear curve of allantoin was obtained within the range of 10.08-40.32 g · ml - l ( r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 99.56% ( RSD = 1.12% , n = 9). Conclusion: The improved method is accurate and feasible. It can be used conveniently in the quality control of the preparation.
