摘要
根据ZJ40/2250 DB型钻机井架及底座的结构特点,建立了三维有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件对井架及底座进行了静、动态特性分析。在静态分析中,按2种工况给模型加载,并获得了可靠的计算结果。在模态分析中,计算出前4阶固有频率及其相对应的主振型,并对各阶主振型进行了分析。通过对井架及底座的固有频率与钻机设计工作转速比较,得出前4阶固有频率都在转盘的扰动频率范围内,容易发生共振。建议在钻井过程中注意检测转盘转速,避免发生共振。
Three-dimension finite element model is built according to the actual structure of model ZJ40/ 2250DB-drilling rig derrick and substructure. The finite analysis software is applied to static and dynamic characteristic study of derrick and substructure. Two sorts of loads are respectively exerted on the finite model and reliable result is obtained in the course of static analysis. By the model analysis of derrick and substructure, the preceding 4 steps modal frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes are calculated and analyzed. By means of the comparison basic frequency of derrick and substructure with the design rotary speed of drilling machine, it is known that the preceding 4 steps modal frequencies are in the range of rotary table frequencies and they are easy to produce sympathetic vibration. It is suggested to examine the speed of rotary table and avoid sympathetic vibration in the course of drilling.
