摘要
针对目前油田修井作业的实际困难,以ZT160型修井机底座结构为例,提出了结构改进的方案。并利用有限元分析软件对改进后的结构进行刚度和强度的计算校核。结果表明,这个方案可以实现修井机跨越抽油机基础进行大修,并降低修井费用和时间。如果这种改造方案应用到修井作业中,它可以提高生产效率,增加经济效益。
This paper aim at the practical example, we oppose structure improvement difficulties of well repairing, with ZT160 type rig base scheme, and calculation of the stiffness and strength of structure for the improved structure using finite element analysis software. The results show that, this scheme can realize the workover rig overhaul oil pumping mechanical foundation and lower the workover cost and time. If the scheme is applied to the workover operation, it can improve production efficiency, increase the economic benefit.
