摘要
为满足液压轮式通井机的使用要求而设计的桅杆式井架采用板焊结构,主体截面为长方形的方形钢,材料为HG60。对井架进行了稳定性、静强度和疲劳强度设计计算。编制制造工艺、设计工装。利用电测方法,进行了最大载荷下的静应力测试和额定载荷下的动应力测试,并作了分析。
The frame of mast derrick that is designed for hydraulic wheel tractor hoist adopt welding of armor plate, its section is oblong armor plate, and its material is HG60. Stability, static loads and fatigue life on a derrick are calculated in designing. The arts and crafts are compiled, and the tools are designed in manufacture. Dynamic and static experiments were made by using stress-gauge, and analysis.
